I created a New Years card using the Summer Stories collection by Teresa Collins along with a Silhouette cut, a MFT die and a large Candy Dot by Pebbles.  Have a fun and safe night everyone!

Cutting Polaroid Frames

I am up on the Jillibean Soup Blog today with this Christmas card I created using the Christmas Cheer Chowder along with some of the Christmas Placemats.  I just cut the sentiment from the polaroid frames rather than use the whole frame.

Be sure to stop by the Jillibean Soup Blog to see what the rest of the designers have created.

Love Makes the World

I finally dug into my Studio Calico Abroad collection - can you say hoarder! I figured I better since I know with CHA just around the corner there will be more goodies that I 'need' ;)

I used this week's Stamp of the Week from Unity - Love Makes the World. The sentiment die is from My Favorite Things and the twine is from American Crafts.

Project 12 for December

These pictures are from last year, my goal this coming week is to get the last 4 weeks of this year into my Project Life album.  Anyhow, last year I took a lot of photos but didn't do Project Life.  I am thinking I may do a Project 12 album with them so now I have a good start, hehehe

I used the From Me to You collection by Pebbles with a bit from Seen and Noted.  The stamps are from the 25 Days stamp set by Unity, the sticker title are the Wise Words from Jillibean Soup, and I have a few Elle's Studio tags tucked here and there.

Quick and Easy card for Hubby

I hope everyone had a great Christmas!  We had a house full and loved it!  My husband cooked the dinner so that is even better ;)  Today is a day of relaxing.  Well sort of, history has it that it is my tradition on Boxing Day to get in my craft room to clean and organize it.  That is just where I am headed now!

It is time for another Unity Blog Hop.  I created a quick and easy card for my husband using the December SMAK kit along with the Cupid's Arrow collection by My Mind's Eye.  Love the little enamel hearts in this collection, perfect for 'making the spot' on this card!

We have TWO amazing Unity filled prize packages to giveaway.  Leave a comment on EACH blog in the hop (including the Unity blog) for your chance to win.  The winners will be announced Saturday night on the Unity blog.

Red and Blue Christmas card

I had a few minutes to play today so I played!  I dug out my Stationary Noted by Teresa Collins and a Unity stamp (Define Good) to create this last minute card.  I LOVE the colors in this collection - perfect for Christmas cards!  The twine is from American Crafts.

Have a Merry Christmas everyone!

Winter card with non themed paper

I am all ready for Christmas, gifts all wrapped, house is clean, baking done... so I played a little, just for fun. I used my Memorabilia collection by Teresa Collins along with a Silhouette cut.  I love using non-themed paper for projects and I thought the gray and blue was perfect for a winter themed card.

Around our house

I love Christmas and love decorating for Christmas.  Here are some bits and pieces around the house.

My husband's grandma made these carolers about 20 years ago from pop bottles and scraps.  She knit the toques, etc.  She passed away about 15 years ago so these are special to me.

Some faux berry letters that spell Noel.

One of my many Santas, love my Santas.

The bell from Santa's sleigh we found in our driveway about 15 years ago.

Love this little Santa on a bike, it was one of my husband's grandmas decorations.

The stockings were hung.

Some letters I spray painted and they are hung above the doorway to our kitchen.

A sleigh I painted and stamped on - one of my first stamping projects about 15 years ago!

More Santas, love that vintage ceramic one.

Created this crate from an upcycled box - a mini hot chocolate bar.
