I can't seem to get enough of the Crate Paper Bloom collection :)

I fussy cut the cup and the tags from the pattern paper.  the rest of the bits were scraps from previous cards.  I mounted the cup and tags on foam squares.  Of course some messy stitching and staples for the finishing touch.

I played along with a few challenges.  First one is Crazy 4 Challenges.... tea

Such a dreamy project! Love the pretty patterned papers you've used - they're fabulous. That glorious teacup with a flower in it is a great focal point and your stitching and staples make for a great contrast with the formality of the papers. Thanks for joining us agian at As You See It.

Wonderful card with very pretty florals and lots of great textured detail. I adore your messy stitching and yes, those staples. I like how you added the twine element, too. So lovely!

Hi Laurel! This is absolute perfection! The papers are gorgeous! But that tea cup is really a beautiful focal point. The way you did the twine is brilliant and then there is the clothspin with the hug and smile! You knocked this out of the ballpark! Thank you for joining us at As You See It!

Laurel, I love the way you pull so many elements together to create such lovely designs and it's all the little details like the stitching and the clothespins and staples that add such interest to the beautiful papers and images you choose. Thanks for adding your talents again to our gallery at AS You See It Challenges.
